Happy Halloween Everyone. Its been another busy day in the world of rentals. We counted
50, thats right FIFTY, landlords who lowered the rent on their available properties today. Now the market ususally does slow down during the holiday season, you know, no one likes to move once the turkey is in the oven and the tree is up, but it have been unusually slow this year. We are sure the economy has alot to do with it. BUT this is good news for those of you out there who are in the market for a new home.
Landlord's are being more "open" to say - accepting pets - lower credit scores etc. So if you do need to move there are alot more options out there and bargains to be had!
